Why do I require an RCD device installed?
AAn RCD or residual current device is a life-saving device which is designed to prevent you from getting a fatal electric shock. RCD’s offer a level of personal protection that ordinary fuses and circuit-breakers cannot provide.

What is Part P?
APart P provides safety regulations to protect householders, and requires most domestic electrical work to be carried out by government-registered electricians, or to be inspected by Building Control officers.

What is a periodic inspection?
AA periodic inspection is an inspection and associated testing to check whether an electrical installation is in a satisfactory condition for continued service. On completion of the necessary inspection and testing, an Electrical Installation Condition Report will be issued detailing any observed damage, deterioration, defects, dangerous conditions and any non-compliances with the present-day safety standard which might give rise to danger.

When do I pay for my electrical installation?
AWe would usually take a deposit of 30% of the overall job value, depending on the size of the job, break it down into manageable stage payments. We only ask for the final payment once you are 100% satisfied.

How long is your guarantee ?
AWe provide you with a 1 year service after installation as parts are third party we cannot guarantee these but we are happy to help where we can and if we are at fault we will rectify as soon as possible for your peace of mind.
